I recently got my Shuttle XPC SN95G5 (nforce3 250) upĀ“n running..works like a charm. And ofcourse I wanted to sqeeze out som extra juice out of this....my 939 3000+ turned out to be a decent overclocker.
However there are some limitations in the bios i.e fsb tops at 280mhz/vdimm 2.9 and vcore 1.7

My question is..if there is anyone familiar with modding bioses, that could take a look at the bios file attached below and see if you could find any stuff to unlock/reveal in the bios...my main consern is the FSB limitation...but anything is welcome. It is an "Award" bios

Hi, I also have a problem with my Shuttle, in this case it is the SB61G2.
I'd like some more vdimm, now 2.75V is the max but I'd like as much as possible.

here's a link to the latest bios: http://ftp.shuttle.com/BIOS/fb61/fb61v1/fb61s03g.bin

Hope someone can help me cause I can't help myself.

hold on ur v.core is at 2.7...on your processor you have 2.7 volts...tha's what the old socket 7's took..i think ur voltage to your cpu is too high..and you cpu won't stand too much longer under that high of voltage..however i could be wrong

I tried with ModBin6, there is no possibility to increase the HTT. But using a 3200+ or 3500+, there shouldn't be any problems with 280HTT!?

Is someone able to do a vdimm mod on the FN95V2 board?
