I just put this card http://www.chaintech.com.tw/tw/eng/product_spec.asp?MPSNo=14&PISNo=320 on my HTPC with a Samsung 50" DLP HDTV using the HDTV-out (Mini Din 10pin S-Video connector) "dongle" and so far I am very pleased.
