ok m8s hope someone can help me omeone is selling me some ram really cheap 1gb 2x512mb for almost 200usd (thats pretty cheap down here) a good brand memo like g. skill 1gb the best one(le or la) would be like usd 400.

well i need help the is the code on the chips

these are some hyundai rams (pretty weird)
HY5DU56822BT-D43

now i searched the web and i found this

so they are windbond renamed, but how much can i spect from these memos?? any thing close to 250 2-2-2-11 at 3.3v??

BT-D43 chips are Hynix chips and they won't usually do anywhere near 2-2-2-x timings. They will get up to 250-265, some maybe a little more, but at relaxed timings (3-4-4-8 or so).

The attached link will show you a picture of one of those Hynix ICs with the code ending in BT-D43.
