Close pipelines on X800Pro VIVO?

I just got a Gecube X800Pro VIVO yesterday and wanted to mod it to have all 16 pipelines unlocked, but I got the checkerboard effect in 3dmark03! :(
So I flashed it back to the original bios, but the card still have 16 pipes!?
How do I return to 12 pipes?

wat u can do is just flash ur bios with the empty.bin file and then reflash it with ur original bios and that should work...
