NEO Computers DDR400, anyone running it?

I have a guy offering me 5 brand new 512MB sticks of it for a song.
They have no heat spreaders at all and have Infineon HYB25D256800E-5 on the chips.
Anyone have any info on these at all??

I`m running them now, but I have nothing for a good OCing system right now. Everything is on air. But I do have 4 sticks running in an A8N-SLI Deluxe @ CAS 2.5-3-3-8 @ 2.8v and 1:1 @ 230HTT. They seem to be running good.
