I'd installed the power supply in my system and the moment I switch the PSU on, my house's fuse kicks in. Note that I havent even tried to switch the PC, I just turn on PSU and the fuse to my house turns off. Is this a faulty PSU or did I installed something wrong?

Where do you live?
Because the PSU has a 115/230V switch at the back.
By default, the switch is set at 115V, so if you live in Europe, you have to put it at 230V before pluggung it in and starting up.

I live in Europe so its 230V. I looked everywhere on the PSU and there are no switch to change to Volts. There's a sticker on the PSU that says "For 220Vac Only".

Can you take a pic from the backside of your PSU?

Send a PM to AndyOCZ and refer to this topic, I'm sure that he can help you.

I've attached the picture. The place I bought this from has emailed Sean from OCZ so hopefully I'll hear something soon.

Sure have seen a few powerstream issues... but mostly the 520w. Hmmm... It seems most are out of the box or soon after purchase.... *crosses fingers because mine is running a like a champ. One thing's for sure, OCZ does take care of you after the fact.

So how about it? Do I have that right.. it seems they're good to go out of the box or not. Someone had mentioned shipping issues. Any OCZ comments?

The truth is I am annoyed the fact that it doesnt work out of the box. Even to get it RMA is going to take a week. The place that I bought it needs confirmation from OCZ. Now I have to pay for shipping for it to be RMA and wait till I get an answer. Now I have to put everything on hold while I wait whats the story with the PSU :(

Guess I'm gonna need it because didn't turn out that good.
Plugged the PSU in, checked all connections and powered up.
All looked well, until I heard a kind of clicking noise from the PSU.
Thought that something was touching the fans, but it wasn't.
Looks like something within the PSU is making that weird noise.

Took everything back out, checked cables again and plugged it back in.
No change, noise was still there, and was driving me nuts.

Took it out and plugged my Fortron back in. All well.
Guess I'm gonna have to RMA it, or wait what the guys from OCZ have to say about this.

I took a little video with my digital camera, just to record that pitching sound, just in case.

I think it's more a problem with the Neo2 (has been discussed about it over here).
Gonna try it in the DFI NF3 board tomorrow, and see what it does.

Same for me.
Bigtoe said it didn't sound normal at all, so an RMA is in order.

Shame about those PSU's. I paid a few euros more for mine than I could have, but at least I got to pick it up myself. I don't like the idea of this heavy thing being kicked around by Mr. Postman :)

I had a clicking noise on my 600W too, I RMA'd it and got a new one - now it's all good.
