I just poped off the heatspreader on my PDP PDC1G3200LLK (http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductdesc.asp?description=20-220-006&DEPA=0) and it is TCCD with the Brainpower B6U815 PCB. I haven't really pushed it yet, but so far I have reached 246mhz @ 2.5-3-3-6-1T at 2.6v. I am sure there is much more headroom but this is my initial findings so far. It seems that PDP may be binning their TCCD chips. For around $180 this is a steal.

I'm a newbie here so I am not sure if this post is in the right area. Mods please move my post if necessary.

They are binning those TCCDs, just like Corsair. Some of the 3200LLs come with Mosel ICs.

I think his point is that most of the 3200ll comes with mosel and to find tccd on the ll line is not the norm. THis is probably tccd that couldn't make the cut for the XBL line so they put it in LL..
