What type of bandwidth do you guys get?

I have Cogeco in Ontario, Canada. I have a 10mbs down and 1mbs connections up. Here's my current speed.

Is there anything I can do to get the full 10mbs down, or is it just the time of day I ran the test and in general internet traffic slowing me down?

BTW...test was run at 8:44 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Yea, pretty much time of day stuff. Although ensuring your lan drivers are always up to date and your nothing is leaching your bandwidth, like a file sharing program are always good ways to maximize your transfer rates. Also, keep in mind DSl Reports is located in the US...so your bandwidth to that server won't be as good as if you were transferring to a CAN based server.

Considering most ISPs will boosting up speeds for those tests I rarely ever go off them. Hence why some people will get higher download speeds than they are paying for.

For the Rick rolled thing no clue still, was trying to get what he was going for there.
