I'm in the middle of a burn in process, letting memtest test#5 run all nite long.
Even though my 2 sticks of 256mb BiatcH-5 are over 1,5 years old, burning 'm in seems to help a little.
So far i gained ~3MHz in 2 nights but i'm not done yet. :)

My own experience: I have a dual kit Mushkin Level 2, after long time dont run @ high voltage, they became ugly. I cant run them @ 245 vdimm 3.3 . After couple hours (may be 12H, im not sure) burn in with memtest86 at 240 vdimm 3.3, I can get them to 245 vdimm 3.3 without any problem.

I said 1-5MHz but I have only seen about 1MHz (if that) improvement in the "top end" speed... maybe it's my memory controller maxing out...

My CH-5 was initially topping out around 218FSB at 2-3-3-8... eventually I was able to push it to 225 at 2-3-3-8, later dropped it to 2-2-3-8 and eventually 2-2-2-11 at 228. After a VDIMM mod, I can now push it up to ~242 @ 2-2-2-11 (3.3V from 2.9V).

After very very long time when running my Mushkin BH5 @ 4.01V they could actually go 3 Mhz higher than before.

Note when i say very very long time it means like 3 days wich i consider to be much at over 4 volts.

Hmmm, looks like burning in takes a lot of time, every now and then it still gives some errors. :(

Strange how errors always come with 2 at a time, and most of the time from the same IC, between 353 and 384mb.

Always the same errorbit as well.

I'll give some more nights, seems i gained around 3-4MHz up till now.

same here. Always the same range in address, same error bits and 2 at a time.

PQI DDR 400 RAM 512 module. Without burn in, 220Mhz but needed T2 timing.
After 3 days burn-in, now doing 233Mhz with T1 timing very stable
