Hey guys, new here, nice informative forum. I am new to your power supplies still and just wondering frmo all the 20-pin/24-pin connectors and the ones that come with the unit as well as those blue cables, which ones do i use for a 20-pin board, and the 12V Aux>?

Welcome to Xtreme. :welcome:
There's a newer revision out, which has the 20 pins ATX connector as standard (extra 4 pins just needs to be slided to the 20 pins if the board needs it). The older revision has 24 pins as standard and a 24>20 pins adapter
Also has 2x4 AUX pin connectors (i think rev. 1 only had 1x4 pin), which are blue colered.
So 1 of both connectors needs to be plugged into the 4 pins AUX connectors from your board.
