Supporting Dual CPU

If I have a dual Xeon rig, would Windows recognize it as 4 different CPU's, since each one has HT, or would it only notice it as 2 CPU’s. The only one I thought that would notice all 4 are Win 2k server, but I haven't had time to check.

It would recognize it as 4 processors. I forget the limit for XP, it might be 4.
