I just got a 3500 Winchester and did some tests with SuperP1 and Sandra comparing performance using the 11 multiplier and mem @ 1:1 vs. 9 multiplier and mem @ 166.

2277mhz
11x207 1:1=SuperPi 2M 1:27.171 - 1:27:242 Sandra int 6205-6209
9x253 /166=SuperPi 2M 1:26.421 - 1:26:734 Sandra int 6210-6217

2673mhz
11x243 1:1=SuperPi 2M 1:14.750 - 1:14:765 Sandra int 7295-7297
9x295 /166=SuperPi 2M 1:14.046 - 1:14:265 Sandra int 7249-7257

Where is the benefit of running 1:1 and a winchester?
