Well, not really help...but I've been thinking of buying one since PCI-E X800 XT's are so expensive. And was wondering if it's possible to flash an X800Pro PCI-e to X800XT PE PCI-e?

it is definitely possible, but first you need to check what fuses are on your board. Open up this link: http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=5367

See the red "F"? If you have those in both places, you can unlock the 4 extra pipes. I've been waiting to try this but I am waiting on a pci-e mb.
