Log on question

Good morning!

I was curious how to get rid of the Windows Xp logon window where it asks you to type in your password? I dont have a password and just click "Next".

About the same time this appeared, when I hit cntrl alt delete, instead of going straight to Task Manager, I get a window to pick Task Manager, Shut Down,Log off, Lock Computer and so on.

I think I was fiddling a bit too much :p:

go to control panel >> user accounts >> change the way users log on and log off >> check the use the welcome screen.....and that should do the trick :)

i still recommend the password one cause it doesn't take as long to load up ;)

I mainly just wanted it to reboot and fire up on its own. After some gaming, before I hit the hay, I'll hit restart and walk away and let D20l crunch away....or if little 3 year old fingers push something thier not supposed to while Daddy is at work :p:
