:D As much as You like mate - but it's a long way to OHIO from here, maybe beer gettin' warm....... :worship:

Oh, I forgot to mention it - HTT multi is 4 so it is 2 x 1120 FSB.

I got the same result with the A-DATA DDR-600, but the fun didn't last really long.

A-DATA required from the beginning crazy 3,1 Vdimm even to boot 200 MHz and for gettin' 280 I had to feed 'em with 3,6 - so they died in my arms :bsod:

G.Skill LA is nice - doin' all stable with only 2,9 Vdimm..... :eleph: :eleph: :eleph:

:D Nah, don't think so - on A64 a gig is a little faster but 512 can be clocked a lot more....... :banana4:

In the end 2 x 256 will always bench better than 2 x 512 and is much cheaper when buying all that stuff.

:D So here is the RAM delay and You can see the HTT speed and the arithbench shows how the CPU performs with the RAM at that speed:

http://de.geocities.com/hardcoreclocker/Arithbench15403.JPG

@OPB: This is the fastest - for going up to 300 or more I have to set RAS-CAS to 4 at 3.360 or reduce the speed for high HTT 1:1 wich all causes in max. 26sec SuperPI. All above 3.360 is no more SuperPi stable on stock single phase.

I'm not only a MEM bencher - try to get whole best performance so 25sec SuperPI with almost 8,5K SANDRA MEMbench and 38,5 RAM delay is max. I can get with my current setup. Still thinking about a DFI NF4. :p:
