Best ram for a64 3500+ DFI NF4

there much good ram around on tccd sams.

i was looking at gail utra x 3200 1gig 512 x 2 ddr
or some g.skill. 1gig 512 x 2 ddr


what would be the best AND WHY IF YOU CAN PLEASE.
