how do i burn in XMS 4400 cpt2.5 v1.1

as the title says. sorry its a bit of a noob question but in the past ive just put memory in and used it, but it sounds as if this burn in proccess makes it more overclockable?

First of all, what chips have they got? TCCD i can imagine..
Usually U run them at very high Voltage, low frequency and worse Timings. After a cuple of hours u test again and hope it gave you some more mhz...
