How does Hynix d5 compare to samsung tccd and winbond bh-5 ch-h in terms of overclock ability

Don't buy Hynix d5, bey tccd or bh-5 (relabled Winbond) instead.
tccd will do 300+mhz but with bad timings (3-3-3-8, if you're lucky cas2.5) but the new relabled Twinmos chips will do 270mhz+ 2-2-2-5, 512mb modules @ 3.5v+.
For tccd you don't need a booster, but i'd still choose the relabled Winbond over the TCCD en if neccesary use a 5:4 divider.
well 270+ certainly isn't the norm. i say you can expect 250, and feel blessed if you get 270.
