Im about to get a 3.06ghz chip and i was wondering which country makes the better chip. I heard u guys said that the ones from Malaysia are better then the ones in phillipines and indonesia. is that true?

That's a very difficult question to answer to because AFAIK nobody over here has one.
I had good luck with Malaysian and Costa Rican P4's. Good luck in your search. It's gonna be 100% luck though.

I've had very good experience with malaysian ones (2.26 & 2.66).
