well it aint tccd so dont get your hopes up, my guess would be some other lesser rated samsung chips, however i wouldnt expect much oc out of it :stick:

They will be CH5/6.... The Rev is 1.2 which wont be BH5/6....

I've had 1.2 that was BH6 before...it's just very rare.

so v1.2 is bh-6? wats stock timings if anyone remembers.

2.5-3-3-6. :) v1.1 may be BH-6, v1.2 is mostly CH-5, 3.1 and 5.1 are Infineon if I remember corectly and 4.1 and 4.2 are TCCD (with newer 4.1 having BrainPower 815 PCB).
I actualy managed a screenie at 340 MHz 3-4-4-8 with one 256 MB stick of 3200C2PT v4.1 @ 2.85V.
