How to recover lost password in Microsoft Word?

I've tried some password breaking program and it required to run for at least 7 days to find the password...

Is there anyway to crack it instantly...anyway the file is saved on Microsoft Word 2000...
I've heard about decryption program that could break the password instantly but I can't find anything on the net such program or how to use it...

microsoft office passwords are easily breakable /recoverable if you know how.
but how do we know your not trying to hack into someones document???????
