ocz psu 600w and the loudnees

hi guys , is the ocz 600w loader then a bequied 400w ?

ocz says 26-30db and the bequiet ,too

but someone says that the ocz is loauder , whats rightß

Dont know anything about the bequied but I have the 600w powerstream. Compared to my old pcp&c 510 deluxe this thing is silent. Loving my ocz.
