Shut Down Shortcut

i cant figure out how to get a shortcut of the Shut Down or Reset button at my descop... a friend told me that its in the windows ordner but i cant find it in there.. pls tell me how to make a shortcut of the Shut Down or Reset button on my deskop thnx

i think it's
C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe

i tried it but if i click at shutdown.exe nothing happens.. it must be another exe

I think it's "shutdown -s" (not gonna try it right now tho ;)
