My system is as follows...
AMD Athlon XP 3200+, 100mhz overclock
1bg Corsair Dual channel RAM
2 WD Raptors in RAID 0 Array
ATI Radeon 9800Pro

And the problem...the Logitech Wireless MX Duo
It is a wireless set of both a keyboard and mouse. Almost every time I restart the computer, I have to reinstall the drivers for the mouse. When I use the mouse on my laptop, it works fine and never has a problem. But on the other computer, the drivers self uninstall.

Whats the problem and how do I fix it??

Not sure if this would be the reason, but possibly becaue your removing the device? Sometimes when I remove USB devices, and reinstall them windows will go throught the whole found new hardware routine and auto reinstall drivers. I've also had this happen when I've switched USB ports. I'm not sure if there is a solution, if this is indeed why its happening to you. Maybe the answer is not using it on other PC's and leaving it attached to the machine in question?
