I for one with all that fkn ram anandtech has there would like to see some 2x512 bh-5/ch-5 running at 2-2-2-5-1t at 250-260mhz 1:1 vs these 280-310mhz tccd sticks. I would never buy ram based on anantech's reviews as I have never seen a set of ram they have tested be bad, lol. I would hate to see them in the 3dmark race with all there perfect HW we would have to pack our bags and run away. :)

ask onepagebook, he benched just that on his msi neo2 939 board :)

i think 270mhz 2-2-2 was more or less as fast as 300 3-4-4 , or was it 3-3-3? not sure there... but the difference wasnt all that big.

and the highest ive seen tccd at was ddr700 :D so who cares about ddr550 ^^ ...unless its with 2-2-2 :D

hehe yeah Ive seen OPB's results ;) would just love anandtech to add some more stuff in there reviews.

If there is A, B, and C in a race how can oyu only give results for A and C when B is in the race also :)

You'll never see that there though....

I mean look at this quote from that exact review... the first few sentences.

n June of 2004, Corsair 3200XL appeared on the market. It was the first time since the death of Winbond BH5 that we had seen a memory with 2-2-2 timings at DDR400. More than that, this new memory also proved to reach DDR500 performance levels - something that Winbond BH5 could never do.

hehe... nah but I'll cut 'em some slack. Gigs of BH5 can be rough to get going. But at the same time 250 (2.5-3-3) equals what exactly on BH5... probably 220 at best. Ah well, whatever. I mean I am probably going to get a gig pack of TCCD this week some time... ordered anyway.
