KHX ULK2/1G TCCD owners plz report

Hello

I'm using this memory as stated in the topic but i am able to hit only ~280FSB DC @2.7-2.8V ish

Tested on Intel and now after switching to nForce3 I can't overclock even a couple of MHz higher !

Any suggestions ?

what timings?
have you tried less voltage?

timing from 2,5 3 3 7 and up (more latency) - no improvement at all

even less volt ?
