Best OS for benching?

I currently use Windows 2000 for benchmarking. I've heard good things about server 2003 too, but I haven't had a chance to test it out yet. Is 2003 any better than 2000, or should I stick with what I have?

depends wot bench ur doing ...some benches are best with 2000 i heard. I'd just stick with it.
