6800 flash problem

Hey all. I recently flashed my BFG 6800 BIOS and now I have a problem. I first backed up the original BIOS for my card onto a floppy using nvflash. I then opened up the BIOS using nibitor and changed the default 3D clock to 375/760 and changed 3D voltage to 1.4. I ran a few quick tests and then flashed the card back to the original BIOS.
My problem is now my 2D setting seems to want to stay at 375/760. Any ideas?

It also appears as though during 3D apps, the VID does not go up to 1.2v from 1.0v. This seems more than a little unusual since the BIOS I saved and flashed back to was what came with the card.

maybe its just changed something physically on the card, like i heard once you flash to 16 pipes you cant go back to 12, maybe that has something to do with it, all i could suggest is use the modifed bios
