OCZ, and GSkill seem to be the fan favorites after all the recent OCing contests.
I wouldn't go with Corsair. I have it in both my systems and can't run fast timings. It's good, just not great, so try the others.
Corsair's PC3200XL features TCCD chips just like GSkill and OCZ Plat Rev2; their latest version also uses BrainPower PCB, basically levelling the playing field all over again :)

285Mhz 1:1 2x512Mb config is harldy bad now, is it? ;)

it depends on the voltage : if you're ready to give 3.4v+, buy some UTT chips (twinmos SP, ocz VX) and you'll have 2-2-2-X at the max fsb your nf7-s will reach, maybe around 240 mhz
if you stay under 3v, buy some tccd (gskill is a good choice)
I've bought corsair 4400C25, but it's overkill on nf2, and anyway I've never reached on dfi nf3 those 285 1t that madshrimps have achieved (it seems that corsair has hand-picked your ram, guys, as around 20 people have bought this ram on nokytech, a french oc site, and noone has got your results)

wow:)kind oldy tread....see date of my post, and last:)
The fact that OCZ reps frequent these (and other) forums doing so much for our niche community means a lot to me.
I'd probably go with OCZ.
edit: Thread resurrection, you'd probably already made your choice

Reason for choise TCCD
-need high FSB
-no need high Vdimm ,3v lower
Reason for Choise Winbond BH5 or UTT
-need thigh timing
-if your mobo can provide high Vdimm ,you can make the ram on high FSB in thigh timing
for best performance choise tccd from gskil and UTT from OCZ...
for ram chip reference refer to here http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=50010

I would get the OCZ Value VX. Should be fine on a board like that :)
