I'm planning on upgrading my 17" Viewsonic to a 19" monitor. I've been looking through newegg and they have an Iiyama 19" for $143. It has pretty good refresh rates, 118Hz @ 1024x768, 90Hz @ 1280x1024. Is this a pretty good buy? Thanks.
