I'd certainly be interested in that option.

hay hay.. Custom blocks is My game ... :D

Frag.. Did I mention those are some of the best temps I've seen in a long long time... be carefull, people might think you are running Peltiers or something :D:D

Here is a very nice option for a CPU waterblock:

Hey thanks #rotor. Yeah my temps are the lowest they've ever been. I've never had a commercial block that performed like this. My temps are consistantly 2/3°c above my system temps. Right now it's at 32°c system 34°c CPU with a 25°c room temp(it's a little hot in here right now).

There's me, as N8 mentioned above.

Happy to sell you one.

It's a motherboard thing. I have a guy running an MSI mobo with two overclocked XP2000+'s and he's seeing CPU temps below the water temps with my block when under load. I don't believe it for an instant. That's the problem with reporting absolute CPU temperatures, you're relying on the motherboard to report correct temperatures, and that's very rarely the case.

I have to say though, every time I see that block, I need to double take on it's external appearance.

Everytime I see it I think it's the White Water until I see the insides.

I agree with you cathar, but I don't have any other way to measure but off the the MOBO or my compunurse and I trust the XP diode on my 8k3a+ before the compunurse. All my temp comparisons have been taken using this board. I have a Spir@l, maze3, maze2, and my two homemade blocks(first one was a dud). My new block, I call "rapid lightning", beats my line up of blocks hands down using the XP diode, all the same hardware, and room conditions. I know it's not a BillA style test, but it's all I have. With the blocks I have and the primative tests I've ran I would have to say that the #Rotor, grid style blocks are very effective.

I totally agree. Given what little I've learned about water-block design, I'd have to say just by looking at it, that the drill-press style block design is superior to most other commercial designs if implemented correctly. It has all the right ingredients that would make it a good performer. It looks to me that it would be a very impressive performer for such a simple manufacturing process.
