as title says. jus curious where these modules are topping out in terms of vDimm.
Eg, at what voltage level are they reaching their max overclock... give or take 1mhz

[EDIT]
Please mention which CPU/Board you are using too

I think that they scale linearly with the voltage just like BH-x chips. Maybe 4 volt?

Whoops. I voted 3.5v not reading the whole thing. I stopped my testing @ 3.5 volt but it was scaling fine till than.

The system is in my sig. I used to push 3.51VDIMM, but now I can get away with 3.40VDIMM.

2.8C
Asus P4C800-E rev2.0 1019 bios
2x 512MB OCZ PC3200 VX
Gecube 9800Pro Extreme R350
OCZ DDR Booster rev2
550W Antec Truecontrol

before burn in
228mhz 2-2-2-6 at 3.5v
233mhz 3-2-2-6 at 3.5-3.6v no higher regardless of vdimm

after burn in
240mhz 3-2-2-8 at 3.6v
working on 250mhz 3-2-2-8 at 3.6-3.7v now

not bad for ram optimised for AMD64

Thanks to everyone for posting... by the looks bout 50% of experiences show this RAM jus keeps on scaling past 3.6v, that's great news!

Please vote if you haven't yet :toast:
