New Scaner ,Need Recomandation !

Hi guys,


i would like to buy a scanner , which is able to scan photo negatives( in a good resolution ) therewith i can digitise my conventional photos and of course to take prints afterthat.

My pricelimit is about $ 160.

I've only played with HP scanners really, but they do the job well enough it seems.

Canon LiDE 80.

I own it...it's superb. Only one cable, as it takes it's power from the USB2.0 connection. It's software install is small and unobtrusive.

Resolution is ungodly...will scan the finest details. Plus it's very thin and has a magnesium cover...not chinzy plastic. Get one and love it... ;)

yes ive also got the same cannon LIDE scanner, i cant say ive tested it like that but i bet it could. Reolousitons on this thing are great and its tiny!
