What I have learned with my bh-5 is it dont help cool at all. It kinda hurt my oc having them on. Is there another point to having them?

I've never see any difference with or without the Heatspreader. I did get about 8 more mhz when i used some Copper Ramsinks on some single sided BH5's and cold air/open window last year.
I always wanted to do some testing with and without but too lazy!!!
To never heatspread, that's all they do -- spread heat when they're on and it dissapates when they're off :D
