Windows 2k xtreme tweaking

hellow.
i have 2 separate OS's. both win 2k. one for everydays work and one for OC.
and this one for OC I want to tweak.

does any1 know OC tweaks in win2k. like shutting down services you don't need, booting without explorer.exe runs etc.

if any1 know....share it with me.
