What happened to the Windows OS Tweaks Thread that used to be stickied? That was a very informative collection of tweaks. :(

i wouldn't be surprised if after decrease in interest the sticky is un-stickied and becames normal thread. you can probably still find it...
besides, there's literally tons of info on the net regarding OS tweaks, especially Registry and Services tweaks. just google it and you're set.

There was one tweak in particular that I was looking for. The one regarding Prefetch Parameters, but I figured it out about 10 minutes ago.
