I got a Mail from my provider that my DL/UL rate is too high.
So how I can watch how much I DL and how much is uploadet ?
And how I can make UL's impossible ?
The Service Guy said that there are progs to see how much DL/UL I have and to make uploads impossible ?
Are there such programs and if yes, which (names) and they have to be free ware !
