View Full Version : Problem with Firefox on new PC?

Hey guys, just finished building my first ever pc. Downloaded Firefox 1.0 first chance I got and am not happy with it here at all! Freezes on every single website that I go to and I usually have to end task because it gives me not-responding errors. On my previous PC(dell) I had not one problem with Firefox. Any clues as to what can be wrong?
P4 3.2
1GB RAM
ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe

disposibleteen, i'd probably change my avatar if i were you. i had something similar and almost got my a*s handed to me.. got a good tonguelashing and all, came close to being banned.. it's considered offensive, even if it is "just" ;I osama bin laden

mobo, firmware on modem and/or router, stuff like that...

you might try to go find some tweaks for it. this happened when i did a reformat, and the tweaks helped sooo much.

tweaks seem to be hit and miss, some people they help, some they dont
