XP 64 bit RAID drivers

Where can I find the RAID drivers that can go on a floppy for XP 64 for my nVidia NF3 board? Looked on nVidia's web site, but all can find is the unified driver 6.25b

I think theyre in that driver package, and you can just copy the raid drivers to a floppy disk
