If you are a Windows XP user, try Microsoft Powertoys:
Image Resizer
This PowerToy enables you to resize one or many image files with a right-click.

Yup, been using Image Resizer, and am very happy with it for the past year.

in XP, just right click on the pic and goto Mail to Recipient. then mail it to yourself and they will all be a good internet size...most generaly i do that unless i want a custom size/quality. but doing that takes longer...

this may be a good thing....
In Winxp, you can take a screenie and resize/convert to jpg. but in w2k.... there are no good options in MS Paint....
