Ok guys. I am new to the more extreme overclocking methods and am trying to do a little research before I commit to my next project. I have one question: What exactly makes up a liquid chiller that chills below 0 C. I have seen many posts involving heat exchangers, and a few pelt-cooled coolant resivoirs. I can see how the latter would achieve sub-sero temperatures, but it doens't look practical at all (WAY to much heat).
I am asking becasue I want to set up a dual loop sort of thing where I have pelts cooling the chips, and some sort of coolant cooling the pelts. It is evident how important cooling the hot side of the pelt is, so I want to see what is involved with these liquid chillers that everyone is talking about.

Thanks!
