Motherboard & CPU Combo

Would anyone be interested in a Combo I have..

I have a MSI K7N2-L Delta Motherboard and an AMD Barton 2500+.

Right now my friend has the Barton in his ABIT doing 2.4 stable on Air. I am looking to get rid of them though or either or...

Throw me an offer and maybe we can see what we can do here.
