300w power supply
Kv8pro third eye
3200+ NC
2x256mb bh-5
160gb s-ata
dvd reader
9800pro flashed to XT

and im thinking of either buying

Powerstream 520w
DDr booster

Or

a64 s939 winchester 3200/3500
msi or abit motherboard.

so now to you what would be the best upgrade?

Well you almost certainly need a new PSU. I would be worried about the health of my system with a PSU as low wattage as that.

agreed, get the psu and ddr booster now and you can pick up the other stuff later, i good psu is very essential if you want a healthy system
