cant find Web Service Extensions in win 2000

I need to get to Web Service Extensions in IIS 5. I know where it is in win 2003 with IIS 6 but cannot find it in win 2000, Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If you want to host something, never use IIS. Apache is the way to go!
