Need help building my own "Prometia"

Hi all extremers:D My dad owns his own a/c company and im going to have him build me a homemade "prometia". He wants me to get plenty of info, pictures, and links on how this can be done.

Ive been reading your forums for quite some time now and there are many of you that seem to have a firm grasp on the ins and outs of phase change cooling

A link to a "how-to-guide" on building a phase change cooler or a water chiller would be awesome!

Any INFO or HELP would be greatly appreciated!!!
