nexus nxp-301 help

I have a nexus nxp-301 and after a few minutes working, it stop given 12v on the FAN 3 output.
check the circuit and I supposed that the culprit was this transistor

I search and search but I don´t find any similar transistor

It will probably just be a general purpose, high current NPN transistor. It should be ok to just replace it with a general purpose NPN transistor with a high enough power rating, such as a TIP41x.
