Asus makes some pretty decent video cards, i just got one V9999 gamer's edition and it beat the PNY verto 6800 GT in image quality and sharpness. Kudos to Asus, and their mobos and video cards. pretty good stuff.

I'm not denying your truthfullness or anything, but how can it beat it in image quality? They are the same exact thing, only one runs slower, and comes stock with less pipes.

well, using both the same 61.34 drivers and quality settings, the Asus V9999 IQ was much sharper and more detailed in Doom3, and in 2D mode the graphics was more vibrant than my old PNY geforce 6800 GT. i dunno, maybe i am seeing things, maybe it looked newer because physcologically i want to feel like it did something..

but seriously, i noticed the IQ difference almost immediately between my new V9999 gamer and the PNY verto GT. that is why i'm keeping the v9999 for gaming only. i might never overclock this card.
