Nice looking chiller! Beats the hell out of my ugly cooler rig.

The real question is, does it hold liquid? :P

Looking forward to seeing some temps and performance increases. I'm trying to muster the balls to slap my chiller on my precious.

Does anyone run a heater core with these systems?
Another words do I have to worry about condensation build up arround my current heater core setup? Also would my koolance pumps be ok with this?
What I want to do is just run the chiller as a res. and have the koolance system remain as it is
the koolance system is the 601 system

Thanks

haha, dont use any kind of heater in the loop, it will actaully make the performance worse, because the water in the loop in sub-ambient, and running it through a heatercore will bring it closer to ambient temps, which is what you DONT want

haha..you havent put liquid in that puppy...the tru test...what did you use to connect plexi? hopefully some sort of fusing stuff cuz that vibrations will kill any normal epoxy bond...gl bro...looks nice..least you actually had time to finish that thing...its nice to gett shots before you cover it in insulation like mine...

it holds liquids and I used the same epoxy as you did, plastic welder. I have been running it for about an hour and so for so good. I hope it will hold, do you have any problems with yours?
Thanks

I am debating to put valves on the heater core to shut it off with quick disconnect couplers as shown

Please any input

has anybody tried doing this type of setup?
Thanks

Well, I don't see any point to having the heatcore outside the case, even if it is to bring the temperature up a bit, might as well have it in front of the intake fans to cool your case off. Just make sure those fans are on high, or you will probably encounter signifigant condensation.
Also, while you could use quick disconnects, I'd test them out with the cold temps first. Its possible that they won't be able to take the low temps and will leak and or crack.

its inside the case its a koolance system. The other system outside of the case is a chiller

can anyone post the steps to propperly insulate a P4 processor for a chiller setup?
I tested the system and I am getting -25C not insulated.
I want to put it on a system but I am concered about the condensation

Thank you
