I'm currently a college student studying in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I'm looking for a pretty cheap handheld that I can use to keep myself organized, and that I can get programs for converting from Dec to Hex to Bin ect. This would be my first hand held, so if any of you have any suggestions, feel free to throw them my way.
