350watt psu be enough for a
P4 2.4ghz B @ 3ghz
IS7
512MB pc3200
Radeon 9800pro
2 x 60gig
DVD burner
CD RW
Is a 350watt Antec gonna do the job? is there any harm in buying a 420wat cheap psu?

2. Yes -Forget the cheap stuff if you want a stable PC

Should handle it fairly well. I've got an antec 400w powering my setup, and I have 3 harddrives, a gig of ram, x800 and a 2.4c@3.25 or whatever it is. 12v rail dips a bit (even with mods on it) but its not bad.
